What locations do you ship to?

Currently, we ship locally to U.S. customers and globally to the UK and Canada. We hope to expand our business even more globally in the future. 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible. However, we are a small team. We take around 3-7 business days for handling & processing orders. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-14 business days for domestic orders, international orders will take longer. Depending on your location, you might receive items earlier or later. Please understand that postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information is provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent, along with a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control, such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Are there any customs fees or import taxes?

Depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Order Cancellations & Returns:

Unfortunately, RollyBabyDolly has a no refund/cancellation/return policy. Refunds are solely given at the owner's discretion! We apologize for the inconvenience. 


RollyBabyDolly is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say they are delivered, nor are we responsible for delayed, or unscanned packages. 

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, please email us, and we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, once your order has been already shipped we are not responsible. If your order is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee. 

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us at rollybdollycustomers@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
